This communications piece documents Public Agenda’s public engagement work for an initiative aimed at closing achievement gaps at the nation’s community colleges. In addition to tracing and illustrating the Community Conversation process, this video shows how our model for public engagement builds capacity for public problem solving, setting us apart from from standard outreach efforts and from “event-oriented” approaches to engagement.
