Former SEC Chairman Shares Insights On The Economy

The year ahead, says William Donaldson, is likely to be another tough one, but it's also likely that entrepreneurs will find opportunities even in the current economic climate. Speaking at the Maxwell School/Public Agenda Policy Breakfast, the former top boss of both the SEC and the NYSE zeroed in on Wall Street's varied history on regulation as he discussed measures that could be of use today.
